For spring loaded saftey valves, we substitute
the pressure differential between system pressure and
the set pressure with a tractive force.
A tension rack is mounted on the saftey
valve and adapts the valve spindle.
With our system, it is neither necessary to
dismantle the saftey valve, nor to increase the working pressure.

The measurement signals tension force F (kN),
deviation of the spindle s (mm) as well as operating
pressure p (bar) are registered and contemporanieously processed
through the computing system. For every examined saftey valve,
a complete documentation with customer and valve data is handed
over.

Through the application of our TÜV
approved measurement system, a saftey valve can be tested
in it's realistic surrounding.
It is approved in it's built-in condition, where is
has the function of the last saftey regulator, before
a shut-down or an accident is possible.
Long distance hydraulic- and data lines
make it possible to test all valves within a circle
up to 50 meters, Our system ensures to shorten loss
of time because of an easy handling and mounting system.
